    Moran Moran

Moran Moran is Dan and Tyler Moran, a father/son duo from Southern New Hampshire who got together during the COVID lockdown to record an album of original songs. Dan had a group of five songs that had been kicking around with no lyrics for years and finally decided to use the down time to record them. Who better to record with than his own son? The idea was to get into the studio, write the lyrics and hit the record button.

Both Dan and Tyler play several instruments and performed most of the music, but called on a group of musical friends to add to the community feel of the recording. In the process of recording, Dan wrote three new songs, making for a total of eight originals, all recorded, mixed and mastered by Peter Peloquin at Boardz House Productions in Brookline, NH. The songs range from the hard-rocking opener "Bridges Burning" to the Spaghetti Western epic "The Ballad of Rosie June," alongside Irish-tinged "Pour That Kid a Whiskey" and "The Peddler's Daughter."
